Technology

Geospan AS geogrids are made of polyester threads impregnated with bituminous mortar, with a needle-punched textile backing sewn to them or without a backing. High quality raw materials and modern equipment make it possible to achieve increased strength and reliability of the material.

Quality

A continuous quality control system and our own production laboratory guarantee that the technical characteristics of the geosynthetic materials comply with the declared parameters. A quality management system has been implemented that meets the high requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.

The material has shown itself effectively in the conditions of production of works associated with complex engineering tasks. They were repeatedly used on roads of categories I through V, as well as during construction on weak and waterlogged soils. More than 70% of federal highway departments use Geospan AS.

Support

Geospan Engineering Center provides technical support and preparation of feasibility studies. Engineers conduct training seminars and, by agreement with the Customer, advise contractors in the course of works. LLC "Gexa ENGINEERING" was also founded - a design and survey company, established as a result of the merger of the production company LLC "Gexa - nonwoven materials" with the design organization with 10 years of experience.
